Unless you are planning on hitting 5GHz while running 2 graphics cards in SLI, 750W is too much. For a single GPU and a CPU, I'd recommend no more than 600W. Secondly, that is an OCZ power supply, so it's not the most reliable unit (the ZT series is made by Great Wall), and, if you read the JonnyGuru review, you'd see that it has difficulty suppressing ripple on non-primary rails and has inconsistent hand-soldering on the inside. Finally, you can get a quality 500W unit for around $60 (which has none of the ripple issues and fewer soldering issues) and a DVD burner for around $20 (before a $10 rebate on the PSU) so it would cost less just to get the things separately.
