I reinstalled the enterprise version yesterday. Still works well. I disabled a few of the options and turned off the send reports back to google bit. However, today my firewall popped up with a request by googledesktop to communicate outbound. Of course, there are many possibilites why, but, it does make you wonder.

Ah well.

 
Pretty cool. It would be nice if you could make it only preview unread gmail messages though. I'm still waiting for a feature in gmail that will let me select "show all unread.

in my honest opinion... my yahoo is slow, bloated, and cluttered

google did the same thing as them but made it fast, streamlined, as spread out as you want it, fully customizable, more of what you want and less of what you dont
