I changed the graphics card. I liked your suggestion. Now just to nail down what board and what case (I really would like USB 3 in the front)

Thanks for all the help guys. This build is going to be GREAT!

If you want to drop some cash on a nice case there is the new antec twelve hundred

Nice but I'm not going to drop another $100 just for USB 3 in the front. My HD cable is long enough that it will be able to reach the USB 3.0 port on the back. Nice case tho!

Just waiting on the ASUS motherboard to be available it seems.

Think 430W is enough for 2 Graphics Cards in this thing?

USB 3 in the front would also be nice... but not needed if it means a bad case or a BIG cost difference.

Two 9500GT's? No problem.

For front USB 3.0, there is also the option of a separate breakout box that fits into one of the 5.25" bays. The ASRock P67 Extreme4 comes with one.

Looks like there are several ASUS p67 boards in stock. Can anyone help me pick out a good one for this build and mention why?

Or another board??, should I wait for the z68? since I will be adding a graphics card anyway. is the SSD caching, DVI and HDMI outs a big enough deal to wait on? Thanks for the input.

Are you going to be using more the one GPU at one point? If not then this or this is fine.

I don't think I will need more than 1 GPU. The one you mentioned b4 will run 4 monitors right? If that's the case that's I need.

My monitors have HDMI, DVI and VGA inputs.. I can adapt them to DP right? think it will work?

Is the difference between the 2 just the extra PCIe slot? or is something else different between those 2?

The difference is one has PCIe at x8/x8 the other has it at x16/x4 the x8/x8 is good for crossfire (multi GPU) the x16/x4 isnt good for multiGPU but is cheaper. Also the first one is m-ATX the second is ATX, basically the first one is smaller in physical size.

Yes except the board and the power supply. Board is what you just mentioned and I need a new pwr supply as the other one is out.

Also will I need any heatsinks or fans?

No because HDMI is considered to be "legacy" and AMD allows only 2 "legacy" connections at one time.

That is odd on mine it still shows OOS, if it is in stock for you then it should work ;)
