Everything looks good, i would recommend 1333mhz over the CL7 RAM but that is personal choice.

Well like i said the RAM thing, and then if you need W7 add that, besides that all looks good to me.

"Well like i said the RAM thing,"

I lost the context on that not sure what you mean. I changed that an re-emailed.

I got a technet license so i am good on the win7.

the processor says "Heatsink and Fan included" so i needed the other fan? and I assume either the board or the CPU is coming with the thermal paste?

The stock HSF is good for stock speeds if you ever OC you will need the Hyper 212+ to get very far.

And the Hyper 212+ includes TIM (thermal paste) it isnt the best but it works better then the intel stuff.

For anything you will need an Active adapter so you will need two active adapters.

ok I have 4 monitors I want to get the best possible picture so I should go from DP to the HDMI on my monitors? on the 2 that have HDMI in then DVI direct to DVI then DVI to VGA .. sound right?

(2 have HDMI, DVI and VGA in, 1 DVI and VGA, and the last just VGA)

You will need to extend the desktop to the other displays but yes it should leave you with 4 independent desktop environments.

1 last thing .. should I order those from new egg too or do you know of a better place for the price?

Actually looking at it currently it appears AMD doesnt support HDMI to DP

You might want someone else to clarify but from what i can see you would need to get Active DP adapter to DVI then use that on the two DVI/VGA monitors (with a vga to DVI adapter too) and then you would need to get HDMI to DVI adpaters.

Im not sure why but it appears AMD just isnt interested in supporting it. The other way to do it would be to get HDMI to DVI and then DVI to Display port. (all for the HDMI so it would go Monitor-HDMI-DVI-DP-GPU

well all but one of my monitors have DVI in and the one that doesnt is VGA.

I am not sure I would get a better picture going from DVI to a HDMI adapter.
