My company is looking for a Data Center Services Lead in Eden Prairie, MN.
The Data Center Services Practice Lead has responsibilities across technology, sales and marketing, client engagement and financial reporting. We are looking for a candidate that can provide vision and technical leadership in developing and delivering Midwave*s services portfolio. This will include, but is not limited to: assist in developing the statement of work, transitioning work from sales to delivery, initiation of assigned client engagements, monitoring/forecasting and status reporting regarding engagement, ensuring quality service delivery and client satisfaction, while meeting financial and growth goals.
We are looking for a team player that can contribute at an organization level while being involved in new business development, recruitment, identification and development of new service offerings, and employee career planning and retention.
We are looking for a candidate with the following skills/experiences:
* Self motivated and independent worker
* Proven track record or technical integration and creative problem solving skills
* Expertise in building relationship and partnering with a sales organization
* Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills
* Solid time management and prioritization skills
* Proven experience managing large complicated projects and budgets with excellent client satisfaction
* Experience with vendor relationships and channel programs
* Effective supervisory, mentoring and training skills
Qualifications include:
* Prior experience in a system integration or professional services firm
* Five years of providing leadership to IT projects
* Solid experience in staff management
* Ten years of technology experience
* Prior experience with technology partners and their channel programs
