I'm with you. I haven't been able to fill 20 plus open reqs. Damn good jobs with great salaries, full benefits and job security. I've even hit regional colleges trying to recruit with little luck. This thread might as well be closed, as it appears no one needs a job nowadays.

There are definitely plenty of people here in need of a job, some of them may just not be in your field or have the qualifications to be serious applicants for your particular jobs. ;)

Even though I don't really post in this thread, I do check it fairly frequently and it makes me happy to see everyone's efforts to help their fellow anandtechers. Even if you aren't getting many bites, I hope you guys will continue to post what you have. We don't always explicitly state our appreciation for your work, but the appreciation is definitely there.

I have openings for 9 people doing tech/customer support. These jobs can be in Charleston or Indianapolis. The cutoff date for getting these positions filled is the 3rd week of August. The hire date will be 9/1.

These positions come with great pay and full benefits. We will teach you our software and then you will provide support to our end users and walk through its usage and help them troubleshoot problems.

As an aside, this round of hires is the last for this year. Flights, hotels and the like get expensive during the 4th quarter so it will be after the new year before we begin hiring for these positions again.

Looking for a senior Instrumentation and Controls person (I&C Project Engineer...next step up is PM roles) or an Electrical Engineer with a PE. We would like you to work in our MA office, but we have office all over New England. We are a firm of just over 500 people and rapidly growing, so growth is definitely there.

Looking for a telecom technician with VoIP support skills. Candidate should be able to troubleshoot VoIP problems including call completion and call quality problems as well as traditional IP routing and troubleshooting.

Day to day trouble repair ranges from resolving call transfer problems to troubleshooting TLS circuits.

Pretty vague I know so if anyone is interested in more detail shoot me a PM. As with the last post this is in a small town location. Great environment to raise kids and a quick 3 hour trip to Denver to still catch the night life on the weekends.

my boss will be looking to fill my job soon.

I will post up the ad when its available.

my leaving may change the reqs as a few contracts were based on my being employed there, so I cant post an accurate job req beyond this:

pc and software support, AD/exchange environment, windows xp everywhere. exchange.

previous knowledge and experience in supporting pc's and XP/office 07
basic knowledge of lan networks, including wiring a plus

could be anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months before the job is posted though :-/

also one of my contractual employers will be looking to hire soon too.

this is in east central illinois.

again once some decisions are finalized I will post the details. but anyone with tech support experience please pm me a resume as soon as you can, because it can't hurt!

Well, looking casually has turned into really looking for me. I work for the Fed Govt and my agency is closing. Part of the Defense cuts that Sec Gates is making. They haven't worked out details, but we're drawing down over the next 6-12 months.

I'm in the Northern VA/DC area, but open to Northern MA/Southern NH, San Diego, or maybe Philly as well.

As I posted before, I have a JD from a Tier 1 with good grades, am licensed to practice law in Virginia, undergrad business degree, and experience in Big 4 consulting, Fortune 500, and the insurance industry.

Leaning towards a law job, since clearly taking a govt job for the security didn't pan out. However, I'm pretty open to a corporate job doing finance, strategy, or legal as well.

If anyone has anything in mind, drop me a PM and I'll send back my resume. I do appreciate it.

We're looking for a number of people, although QA and Risk Management have been filled (pending acceptance by the applicants). We still need a director of customer support, a BA, a technical support rep (must be bi-lingual, English/French), and a product manager. Any knowledge of ecommerce/payment industry would be incredibly helpful. The jobs are all in Victoria, BC, and I don't think they offer relocation assistance, but it's certainly possible.

Any serious interest you can PM me directly for further info, or apply via the email posted on the website.
