Because Netflix will slowdown the deliveries to people who are returning movies as soon as they get them.

Its now taking them 3-4 days for my movies to be recieved and then another 2-3 days to recieve another one back.... It used to be next day on everything.

Some have reported it working but you have to go to different stores to do it. You won't be able to use the same coupons at the same store twice. I accidently took the coupons in to our store not knowing my wife used them already.
I haven't tried it at a different store myself because I'm just too damn lazy to drive over to the next nearest Blockbuster.
