Flixster has done this forever
I know it has but I don't want two netflix management apps.
Flixster has done this forever
The quality is fine on my Nexus S. Will this work if I were to travel abroad and connected through wifi?
App works on the Droid 1 stock froyo, but won't stream movies. Supposedly it works fine streaming with custom GB roms though.
Does not work at all on my Vibrant though.
can't even download for my Inspire
what is the big deal with supporting more phones since most are pretty much the same hardware just different names
It'll work on the Droid 1 and the Vibrant if you're running 2.3 Gingerbread. The key to getting it to work on current unsupported devices seems to be 2.3.
Anyone have a link to the netflix.apk that works?
this?
Ya that works but it won't let me send it to my Droid 1 since its not officially supported I guess?
*sigh* If you had been following this at all, or just merely googled a bit on the subject, you'll find out quickly that it's limited to very specific hardware because of DRM needs dictated by the MPAA. People are finding work arounds to get other devices to use it, but officially there aren't a ton of supported devices. It's not because of slow hardware, it's because of encryption and hardware DRM.
