And I don't know about state laws, but as of 16 you're old enough to get a job and thus old enough to provide for yourself. In some states, afaik, your parents are legally responsible to care for you until you're 16.

Why do you care so much about what you look like? I thought I was a man when I was a 120lb. 14 year old. My buddy just went into the army at 120lbs. he never questioned his manhood.
