I think they are going to do 1-2 more shows next year since the premise of the show was to see if he makes it through his first year, and by the next time we see him it will be a year.

that sucks taht gideon was late and didn't make it.....too bad the film crew couldn't give him a ride!

and all he did was take them to the beach!

and the only reason they weren't pissed at rocco, the management, and each other, was because they had been drinking for like 12 straight hours...including the bus ride up!

I read somewhere that the waiter staff was exclusively picked by the people making the show, not the restaurant staff. Basically they hired people that would make a good show, how good of a waiter you are had nothing to do with it. They might even be actors for all we know. That being said, I liked the first show I saw, missed last nights though.

Of course they did. Think how boring the show would be if they had real waitstaff working, making no mistakes. They gotta throw in some drama to keep you people watching.
