You might be thinking of DurocShark. I think Pepsei is the asian guy who married a white woman, and the white woman's racist family didn't want his family at the wedding, and they have basically separate finances with her paying for her SUV that they can't really afford while he for some reason is paying his parents' mortgage or something like that. And she spent a lot of money on a motorcycle windshield or something like that.

Though if you wanted to continue living your life as it is, sans wife, just set a crucial part of her car up to fail. In the horrendous accident that ensues, any evidence of what caused the failure will be destroyed.
