People will do drugs if they are illegal or not, period. Prohibition was the clearest illustration that effective substance control of a product that a rather large section of the public clearly has an appetite for is impossible, but people simply refuse to learn.
I refuse to belive that the farce known as the "War on Drugs" has any tangabile effects other than consuming huge amounts of taxpayer money and our filling prisons with people on drug realted charges.
It simply dosen't work.
