I agree that you should break up with her but I do disagree that you're an asswipe. I think you have some confusion of your own that you need to deal with by seeing a counselor. There is nothing wrong with a tattoo. And if you have to ask whether or not the two of you should be together, that means that you don't belong together.

What does her being on prescriptions have to do with anything? I'm on tons of prescriptions and I'm not quite sure what it has to do with her being bad or something.

Also, I have three tattoos. I'm a Christian - not practicing at the moment - and I don't think God is going to not love me because of my tats. Oh, and I plan to get more. My fiance doesn't have any, but he has no problem with mine.

If you're not comfortable with her having tattoos and she is going to get them regardless, then you should just break up with her. I don't know how old you are, but since she's 18, you're probably pretty young too. It'll be tough at first but move on; you got plenty of time to find someone who fits you.
