Or that the Ford slipped over into the lane he was passing him in. The Ford hit him in the back and He wasn't going to cross back over in front of the Ford.

From the diagram it looks like it was your fault. You cannot pass people during a merge.

Ok, my bad then - the diagram looked like all the lanes merged together. In that case I would take this to court, although I'm not sure how you can prove anything. Good luck.

Did you go through the Sunpass lane behind him as well? If so, you're going to have a tough time explaining where the fire was that made you have to get in front of this guy. :p

Sounds like someone is bitter.:D

Sounds like someone got his BMW rear-ended by a Nissan. ;)

- M4H

Actually it was a pontiac sunfire, damage was minimal to my bumper. Got $550 from his insurance :)

Also, what are you talking about the front struts?

Oh, nothing, nothing at all. Those Reliable German Autos of yours don't have defects that cause the front strut to separate if you hit a bump hard enough to unload the suspension. Carry on. ;)

Subtext - Factory defect. If you didn't get this fixed, go see your dealer.

Interesting tip, I appreciate it and I will have it checked out.

Any associated symptoms?

I see solid lines = NO lane changing. I think both of you were at fault.

And how does he hit you in the back SIDE unless he didn't see you ... which leads me to believe you zoomed up in front of him. *shrug*

Have some decency man. Do you know what it is to get into an accident? Its horrible and I pray it never happens to me again. Good luck OP!

yes my 2002 530i got rear ended a couple weeks ago. don't see me crying about it here.

No we see you starting threads crying about Dell's overseas "sales department" because you screwed up your order.

G35 is an awesome car.

Threads? I see only one. And I have the right to fix my order, I'm paying them for a product. Simpleton.

G35 sucks. My ex boss has one, the interior is shoddy, and I'd even take an IS300 over it.

It apparently went over your head the meaning of my post. No one said you didn't have a right to do anything.

You say he's crying because he started a thread on it. The whole time you have a thread crying about Dells CS.

It's a case of the pot calling the kettle black.

Simpleton...that's wonderful from someone like you. Love it.

Yup because there is a definite correlation to some guy who doesn't know the rules of the road vs someone who is complaining about crappy customer service. Yes it's crying but at least I have some justification to it.

So check yourself before you call anyone else a simpleton ;)

PS I got my order fixed and they threw in 1GB of ram for free :)
