Ok, my bad then - the diagram looked like all the lanes merged together. In that case I would take this to court, although I'm not sure how you can prove anything. Good luck.

Did you go through the Sunpass lane behind him as well? If so, you're going to have a tough time explaining where the fire was that made you have to get in front of this guy.

Actually it was a pontiac sunfire, damage was minimal to my bumper. Got $550 from his insurance

Oh, nothing, nothing at all. Those Reliable German Autos of yours don't have defects that cause the front strut to separate if you hit a bump hard enough to unload the suspension. Carry on.

ya i was behind him in the sunpass lane but i was not getting in front of him just got into a different lane and passing him

ill check Monday when i go back to work
and im gonna ask the Toll plaza ppl, if they have a camera setup outside

i did zoomed up in front of him but in my own lane and he was still in the sunpass lane
