no one can control how they feel about things. what they can control is how they respond the to the people in their lives. this is CLEARLY something your father wants and it is CLEAR that you and your mother are BOTH OVERREACTING. any mature individual would understand in this situation, that what you SHOULD do is support your father, REGARDLESS of how you feel.

I tried my best to explain the situation but obviously it's too hard to do online to people you don't know. You clearly did not state that you were "wrong" in the OP. You continually bashed your dad in it just because you don't want to move. So you deserve what you got in this thread.

Besides, it's one thing to not know that you're wrong. As opposed to KNOWING you're wrong and still standing your ground.
