he Super Bowl is the biggest sporting event in the USA, but worldwide, over 30-40 BILLION people will be watching the World Cup and the NFL can't get close to that.

Since when has Earth's population exceeded 7 Billion?

The unjust penalty and red card put the nail in the coffin. Spain would have won anyway..they are good, but I don`t now how good since Ukraine made them look like they can go all the way.
Spain`s next match we will see how good they are.

we already discussed that... :)

That is total viewership for the tournament (64 games). The viewership for the Final match will exceed that of the Super Bowl

I think the Adidas commercial with the two kids picking fantasy teams is great (even the first 20 times) but NOT EVERY FREAKING COMMERCIAL BREAK.

sorry for the outburst, carry on.....

I am so sick of that commercial too. They have a part II which is good but they show it once for every 50 times they show the first one...

Yeah I like part 2 a lot better than the part 1 b/c part 1 cuts off right after all those players come out. I'm like OH SHIZ BECKHAMOWEN!! Then it ends.

Who else thinks ESPN2 commentators were hired off the streets? They sound pretty lame to me: can't get player's identities right, can't pronounce names, opinions they give they can't even express in correct words, etc. etc. If only BBC broadcasts of World Cup were in U.S.....

I love it when it when they show the full pregame ceremony. Very WE-ish.

You can get BBC Radio 5 Live online can't you? That's the best commentary IMO
