Maybe now people will get serious about the threat that is ISIS...
Supporters of ISIS are saying Rome, London, and Washington D.C. are next.
Skynews reporting that a city official has put the confirmed death toll at 118 at the Bataclan Concert Hall and 40 others in other locations.
That toll will certainly rise in the coming hours.
Yea. I was thinking the same. Europe is going to have a huge crisis in the future w/ radical Muslims. Stomping stuff like this is incredibly difficult because a handful of people can cause widespread panic. It's nearly impossible to stamp out.and rethink taking a shit loads of Muslim refuges.
I feel bad for those that have nothing to do with this. now all Muslim refuges are going to be distrusted..more then they were.
Maybe now people will get serious about the threat that is ISIS...
Washington dc? Thats like the most militarized city in the world. Why not pick a softer target like some southern city. That would pull all the south into a never ending god war with isis as they want Im sure.
yep. hitting DC> why? it would force the politicians ot go against them. Continue to hit other cities. they will just erode the rights of US citizens and consolidate the power politicians have.
Yep. There are so many soft targets in America that the terrorists don't need to pick Washington DC. The thing with terrorism is they have the upper hand. They can wait for a long time before they attack. They aren't scared to die, because deep down they feel like they are fighting for something much bigger.Washington dc? Thats like the most militarized city in the world. Why not pick a softer target like some southern city. That would pull all the south into a never ending god war with isis as they want Im sure.
How do you fight something like this? It's very difficukt. Maybe even impossible.
The problem is you only need a few people who agree with ISIS. They could be living in France, Germany, USA, etc... How would you fight that when they aren't even on the battlefield? So, even if you defeat ISIS the bigger issue might be at home where many people are living a regular life.That. It's possible that some good can come from this. Now that ISIS has proven that they're more than an "over there" problem, the rest of the world will hopefully get their shit together and get serious about wiping those fuckbags out once and for all before they do it again. This could be for ISIS what Pearl Harbor was for Japan, a tactical victory but a strategic blunder. Europe was showing no signs of caring much about ISIS, now Europe doesn't have that luxury. They have to get involved and fight ISIS in the middle east rather than waiting for them to hit other targets in Europe.

My guess?
Rome represents Western civilization.
London represents the British Empire of old.
D.C. represents the American "empire"
All of which are seen as evil and targets of conquest by ISIS fanatics.
ISIS believes they are the advent of the apocalypse, and are doing their damndest to bring it about:

Don't think of them as 21st century actors even though they may utilize 21st century technology. They are thinking in 7th century terms.
Maybe now people will get serious about the threat that is ISIS...
It's hard to believe they could stoop this low.
While the world is coming together to address climate change, the climate-denying Heartland Institute launched a crowdfunding campaign dubbed "Pandemonium in Paris." It plans to send discredited scientists to Paris to distract from the UN climate negotiations this December.
Yes but its a route in by hiding among the migrants no?
Open borders or not has little to do with this, immigrants are generally more law abiding than native-born citizens.

And why shouldn't they be, they constantly have the "X for the X-icans" people breathing down their necks, and the constant threat of deportation hanging over their heads. Unless you're going to tell me that a closed border will definitely keep highly motivated terrorists out, closing borders would do more harm than good.
The problem is you only need a few people who agree with ISIS. They could be living in France, Germany, USA, etc... .
Muslims are thousands of years behind the rest of the world in terms of social progress yet they exist and fight with 21st century weapons . What they believe and how they act is simply not compatible with the rest of the world. They should be treated like a global pest problem and exterminated like one.
Don't have any Muslim friends do you?
