Let's make this perfectly clear. The first amendment prevents the government from restricting speech. It does not mean you must be provided a forum, or that others do not have the right to oppose you. It also does not protect you from the social consequences of your speech.
So nothing about this comes close to being a violation of the first amendment. Period.
Technically true. However, the tactics of the Antifa are horrible for civil society. Who is a Nazi and fascist is not really defined. To everyone, their enemies are Nazis. it is pretty clear to me that Anitra violence is going to inspire more violence from the altright, who are using it as a justification for arming themselves.
