Let's make this perfectly clear. The first amendment prevents the government from restricting speech. It does not mean you must be provided a forum, or that others do not have the right to oppose you. It also does not protect you from the social consequences of your speech.

So nothing about this comes close to being a violation of the first amendment. Period.

Did business care about pollution before our govt made them care? Pure food & drugs? Public education? Equitable hiring & firing? Worker safety? Worker retirement? Automobile safety? Non-predatory finance?
