For team balance, I haven't noticed anything. In last 7 days, 60 games, I'm still doing about 58% win rate, which is par to me now days.


A game I had today. AMX 13 90 - 1276 base XP not good enough for Ace Tanker!!

Had a nice game, tried to provide vision for the team but didn't do it right it seems. A whooping 123 spotting damage. My gun was on the other hand, 4600 damage on 6 kills.

The issue is most everybody has a better view range than you. French lights have always had poor view range. I don't even bother being a 'scout' in my 13 75, I play the aggressive light roll most of the time.

I'm running food on it with Coated Optics, I think I barely hit the 445m range. Can't remember the crew skills currently on them but for sure 6th Sense and Camo, I think commander is working on one of those other view range skills too.

It was more my positioning and teams positioning for providing more view range.

New maps are coming, along with new game modes, and the new graphics engine.

Oh, and for those two guys. Drama is drama. I think Circon was just frustrated. The other video by foch was a bit uncalled for.

Nah, just found out that the loader I ran on t110e4 had sisters in arms, so now I had to switch her to a rookie loader. Crap :/

Fun tank but expensive to run.

Picked up the Mauschen over the weekend. I am finding that I actually prefer the VK100 in most cases. Even in Tier 10 matches. The VK's armor seems to work quite a bit better, even if its gun is not as good. It also maneuvers better. Also have a 59% WR with the VK100. Looks like the Mauschen will be just a grind to Maus, where as the VK I will be keeping.

So, I have played more games in my Mauschen, and getting better with it. The front of the turret does seem easier to pen than the VK100's because of it have a larger flat spot in the center. But gotta say, that thing is a monster with the new MM where I am top tier going against mostly T7's. Bouncing 20-30 shots is not uncommon.

What do you do with your tier X vehicles? Specially those which you don't play?
I don't like any of the British tier X tanks, should I sell them and buy whatever tank I liked to play the most in the tech tree or just keep them. I most likely to sell the fvb215 183.

Thus far, I do not own any T10's that I do not like. I currently own the E100, E50M, T62a, JP E100. I have the IS7 and M48 unlocked, but not bought. And am getting close to having the Grille 15, Maus, and Centurion AX unlocked.

You can sell them, and you will lose a lot of silver. Also keep in mind that there are new tier 10 ONLY game modes coming out. So it may be worth keeping them for that. I will say that for one of these modes, the 183 is awesome. I don't own the 183, but have played it a lot on sandbox in these new modes and REALLY like it in one of them.

I have the e100 unlocked, had to choose to buy it or the t110e4, which I bought. Now I think I will go for Maus and jpe100. Have a lot of fun in the stug, so maybe I'll get a e25 if it goes on sale again. But I'll keep my tier x atm for the new game modes.

To my knowledge, the E25 will never be for sale again. The only way to get it is through TankRewards.com. And its not an easy thing to get. I wish I had one also.

I do love my JPE100, but if you hate the 183, you may not like it. It has WAY more armor than the 183, but also has long load times. But you can be way more of a bully in it, as opposed to sitting back and sniping.

I hang onto all my T10s, even my worst played, most hated Obj. 268. I vow to get better at it. I'd hate to have spent 4-6M credits and only get back 3M.

E25 shouldn't ever go on sale again. It was a pre-nerf TD where they retained their camo after shooting. The US server let you win it shortly after their last sale in December 2015 (IIRC). As Stuka said, now it's just TankRewards.com. It is a fun tank to drive though.

I say go Maus, that thing is a beast. With the reload buff, it shoots nice and fast for a HT.

I'm pretty sure I would like the jpe100, since my main problem with the 183 is that everything pens it from all angles. Before the nerf you could reliably deliver a world of pain, but now the heat shells only work if you can shoot someone in the side or rear which very sedom happens. So when you switch to ap it's a jpe100 with a turret, but with no armor, horrid load and aim times and a large dispersion.

Picked up the M48 this weekend, which I have had unlocked for like 6 months but have not bought. Finally went on sale, so grabbed it. I have played the tank a lot on test servers, so I know I like it. But currently still have the mid level gun, and geeze that gun is terrible. It reminds me of why I did not like the M46. But getting close to having the top gun. I think my main dislike of the tank itself is that there is almost no way to hide the blister on top, even if hull down.

This has been my story in my Mauschen. I have a 55% WR in it, but in the last few days have won 3, lost 13. But in some other tanks been winning easily.

Can I buy an American premium heavy and transfer the crew (retraining with gold) to a TD, once they have an acceptable skill level?

If you are going to retrain, you can move crews between any tanks of the same nationality. I recently moved an american light crew to an american heavy.

Wargaming.net released a new update yesterday for WoT (about 600 MB) yesterday. One of the major issues addressed in the update was the matchmaker. The last major update release a few months ago (IMHO) really screwed up the matchmaking qualities of the game. Anyone notice any changes since the update installed yesterday?

I only played a few rounds yesterday but mostly AMX 30B (tier 10) and the AMX 30 1st prot. What was the "fix"?

Like Stuka, I did a medium tank crew change into a heavy tank and on top I did a position change too, gold was required for that if I remember right. Gotta keep Swedish girls together....

On a different note, I think I'm 18,500 Free XP away from unlocking the FV215b 183 and bypassing the Tortoise.

I actually really liked those MM changes. HUGE improvement over the previous match maker. It did have two issues that are now fixed.

1: Tank types were not equal on each team. So sometimes a team would have an arty, and the other would not. Not it tries to keep the numbers for each tank type the same, which is a big improvement.

2: Joining Tier 10 games could take ages. Like, minutes at times. This has now also been fixed. Last night I never had to wait more than 20 seconds or so for a Tier 10 tank.

Have you tried playing the FV215b 183? Otherwise I would recommend against it.
