How would that be child porn? She's not naked or fucking anyone.

FYI taking pictures of naked kids is not porn as long as they are not engaged in actual or simulated sexual activity or posing in seductive ways.

i remember seeing a story on MSNBC where this woman took B&W naked pictures of her kids and others (around 9-17 years in age) around a lake cabin and make a book out of it and believe it or not got it published. many people wanted her head and it was investigated. she wasn't punished because the pics were not sexual at all just naked humans shown doing normal activities but naked.

the name of the book escapes me, maybe somebody will remember for me.

So supposedly they've got "scandalous" pictures of Hannah Montana. I wonder what Disney is going to do to her.

That's all they've got?

but those pics of her are not scandalous.

This is correct. As long as nothing sexual is happening it is not illegal nor child porn. IIRC I read about some company that does photo shoots of young models that can get away with it because they aren't engaging in sexual activities.

Softcore nudity is completely and 100% legal. At least here in the states.

Our art teacher showed us that book. It was creepy.

Their family looked like they were mountain folk too.

I will never recall that title.
