Nothing a few more days of taking it easy and a couple chiropractor appts won't be able to resolve... I hope I am seriously considering going to the doc though to see if they'll write a scrip for some meds. It's been 3 weeks and has gotten worse as far as pain goes but movement in my back has increased due to the adjustments. So while I have a pain in my ass (lower back strain with sciatic nerve pain all the way through the hams) literally - I have it here on AT with you libs as well...

Care to get back to the subject yet?
