I'm not inclined to see any conspiracy theories here, but it would be nice if we got more than the occasional "I'm alive!" tweet. She's not helping it by her effective invisibility in the real world.
 
The last tweet I saw from her looked like it was definitely written by Donald himself. That doesn’t help the speculation as silly as it is.

Melania died a couple weeks ago during a botched hysterectomy. Her twitter account is being managed by a former Trump aid. Expect more "I'm alive" tweets.

The First Lady strikes me as a private person who is devoted to her child. I would imagine she’s been recovering from her surgery & perhaps, since it is June after all, gearing up for her child’d end of year school events

Politics aside, I kinda feel like people should leave the woman & her son alone. I suspect she had no idea what she was getting into here & is probably freaked out by most of it, I sure would be.

Seriously though, something is going on. If not, a token long distance photo op of her walking along the outside of the west wing would kill (no pun intended) the rumors.

On the contrary, I think most people feel an overwhelming amount of sympathy for her. Her husband's penchant for latex-free infidelity can be seen as a direct threat to her health, and then there is that history of violence towards his ex. The guy is a horrendous father and even worse husband. I've met seven year olds with more emotional IQ and maturity, and he's mentally unstable on top of that.

I just hope Melania isn't hiding out somewhere waiting for a patch of hair to grow back. Let it be she got a kidney issue taken care of and then decided to hit the spa for a few weeks. She's had a rough last 3 years or so right? Who can blame a lady for not wanting to return to a husband that bangs porn stars and forgets how to spell her name?
