Where you born stupid or was it result of some blunt force trauma to your head in life?

How the fuck can you compare the need of wanting our borders secure (so that we can verify and screen those who want to come to the US legally) to that of those who wantonly slaughtered these people? What level of stupidity does it take to come up with such moronic point of view?

Oh and at least in the US we arrest and deport illegals in a civilized manner. If you were to actually compare our laws (highly unlikely considering you are just a dumb twat) you'd see that US immigration laws and our own treatment of Mexican illegals pales in comparison to how Mexico's laws and their people treat non-Mexicans, hence this story of Central Americans being slaughtered by Mexican drug cartels and those calling for an investigation being either murdered or forced into silence.

You will notice I did not say anything about US law.
You must not read a lot of posts in here or haven't been around long enough to see how some posters figure would be ok in terms of border security

1) Build large fence
2) Build tall watchtowers
3) Mount heat-seeking machine guns on watchtowers
The end. :awe:

Pfft! window dressing! 1200 soldiers is hardly even noticeable on the border and their hands will be so effectively tied that all they will be able to shoot is a camera mark my words.
Now that is going overboard and into the realm of silliness. Automated machine guns every 50-75 meters or so with a kill zone is at least feasible ;)
No, it is defending ones property.

I guess is someone breaks into your house you shouldn't care.

"trespassers will be shot"

Its amazing that a citizen can get shot for entering a "restricted" military installation but someone cannot be shot for illegally invading the country.

That took me all of 5 minutes of searching.
Now take all that rage you got and direct it towards those who deserve it.

Serious question....

If drugs were to become legal in the U.S., what would become of employers' drug policies? You can test if someone is drunk by a piss test, and since you basically only test positive if you have alcohol in your system and it's affecting you......what about drugs? Pot stays in your system for 1-4 weeks, not sure about other drugs. You can test positive for pot, but not be "high".

What do you think would happen?

Zero tolerances alcohol/drug testing will stay in place. no escape for the druggies or drunks.

The CIA needs to step in like they did with Colombia in the 80s for any real hope of the situation changing. As long as there is a demand in the US, the Mexican drug cartels arent going to stop unless we stop them ourselves with force.

The Mexican government is not capable of doing it and the Mexican Navy (the least corrupt of all the branches) cant do it themselves.

Thats because the two threads are the same thing. How do you think these gangs get their guns? Walmart?

As we speak Americans are making and selling guns to Mexicans. Its one thing for George H. Bush to sell Sadam biological weapons a ocean away. But equip criminals to neighbors in the south? Really?

I always assumed they preferred Kalashnikovs. Much cheaper and much easier to get, maintain and train people to use them and just as effective (at least for their purposes).

Most employers are perfectly fine with you being a drunk as long as your not drunk at work and it doesn't affect your work performance.

Oooh, I just got an idea.

First we stimulate our own economy by ramping up US gun production big time. Tons of jobs will be saved or created. Ammo too, lots of it.

Then we start air dropping the fuck out of em into Mexico. I mean seriously carpet bomb the entire country with tons and tons of guns and ammo, specifically targeted at towns and villages not controlled by the cartels. At least then the people of Mexico will have a fighting chance to take their country back.

Of course that could backfire...

Sweet. Let's arm the people of a foreign country. That worked really well in Afghanistan.
