So you people who hate mayo, you're telling me on a hot, beef brisket sandwich you wouldn't have mayo?

Sounds like a job for some nice, homemade BBQ sauce..

This. If not I would prefer it dry than with mayo.

I didn't mean a smoked brisket but BBQ sauce and mayo would be excellent.

Avoid at all costs. If something can harm PTFE it's not worth consuming. :Q

that calls for a nice deli mustard, not mayo.

I personally won't add "plain" mayo to any "hot" sandwich.

WTH is Miracle Whip? Seriously, I am not sure I've ever eaten any.

Mayo + Heinz catsup + Del Monte sweet pickle relish = Thousand Island dressing.

Edit: And yes, it's pure sex.

Actually it's eggs whipped into a buttload of vegetable oil, with a little spices added (paprika?). Lot of fat calories in mayo, being mostly fat by weight, not to mention calories.

Mayo is pretty standard if you order a hamburger.

strange, i've lately been mixing rice and small dab of mayo with some soy sauce to give it a little more flavor.

pastrami and corned beef are both made from the brisket.

deli mustard on those. not mayo. only someone who applies ketchup to steak would do that.

Lots of folks slow roast brisket in the oven without smoke. Afterwards the meat is "pulled". Bread, brisket and mayo is all you need. Mmmmmm..
