One of my fave quick meals: I toast a piece of whole wheat bread and cook an egg over easy, breaking the yolk before flipping. Spread some mayo on the toast and the egg on top for an open face sandwich.

So you people who hate mayo, you're telling me on a hot, beef brisket sandwich you wouldn't have mayo?

I personally won't add "plain" mayo to any "hot" sandwich.

Mayo is pretty standard if you order a hamburger.

only if you live in Canada

That's how the Belgians (NOT the French) who introduced the doughboys to pommes frites served them. Never tried it, myself...

Only if I can't find Duke's

Someone recommended Duke's over Hellman's in another mayo thread.

I will not make the mistake of taking ATOT's advice again. :|

And any food with meat, can be eaten with mayo in an utterly delicious way. I've been eating mayo on burgers, steak sandwiches, spam sandwiches, bacon egg & cheese sandwiches, hot dogs, sausage dogs, ham sandwiches, turkey sandwiches, and any other meat sandwiches for the last 20 years.

We have Poutine: french fries, cheddar cheese curds and gravy.

Fuck no! I can't fucking stand mayonnaise and wish it would die.

Quite possibly the only thing in the world that the French should be shot for. Other than that, the French kick ass; really they do. (only idiots think otherwise)

If you need to drown the meat flavor with the taste of sin and hell to enjoy your sandwich, then you don't know how to cook meat.
