CNN exit poll for IN shows Clinton 52.1% to Obama 47.9%. Hmm... I figure it to be closer.

Those looking at the results thus far should keep in mind that Hillary is the Republican's Democrat, meaning she gets the bulk of her support from rural voters with her I-stole-Karl-Rove's-playbook tactics, and that Marion and Lake counties have not reported yet.

NC looks like it was a landslide of Obama. We shall see, but talk of Hillary winning there does not sound realistic.

are you kidding me?

Oh well the whole idea of hope and change was nice while it lasted I guess.. Personally, I'm looking forward to 4 years of McCain... in the same way that I look forward to seeing an especially bloody car wreck at the head of a very long traffic jam.

The really sad thing is that I called McCain in the general way back in January when he was the longest long shot... I kept telling my friends that I was going to go to vegas and put real money on it, but I never did.. I could've made a killing!

The population of Indiana is basically Marion county which has not reported anything yet, then you the Fort Wayne Area and Evansville Area which have not reported any yet either...So the 3 big areas of population have not reported one vote yet....(well never mind Fort Wayne has but is Obama is leading that area right now)

Has she given a concession speech since South Carolina?

Anyhow, how do you see the near-half of people saying Wright was a big deal playing out?
I mean when this farce of a campaign is over for her and she drops the entire thing.
She won't win NC by nearly as much...but it'll be close
What the heck? She is done in NC. Crushed, down and out, finished. Obama ruined her.

Clinton up by 18 in IN? no way. that's gotta be without the Western half of the state reporting.

The results are practically all rural areas thus far, except Fort Wayne went to Obama. South Bend, Gary, and Indianapolis still haven't reported. I expect that to swing things substantially.

There's no racism here. It's just coincidence that BHO is getting 95% of the black vote in NC. Nope, no chance of any irregularities. That's only from those white people.

how can you ruin something that was already broken? 😉
I guess it would be like beating somebody in a boxing ring and then picking them up and holding them with one arm while hitting again with the other.

But, none of this should be surprising. Her campaign was ruined on February 5th. People held out such hope for her these past weeks while, despite her best and most desperate efforts, she's been completely unable to make ground on Obama as the race has drawn closer and closer to its completion. I wonder how she'll try and spin this tomorrow, should make for some good reading.

Of course there's racism here. Blacks are grossly biased to him just as whites are biased toward HIllary. That said, I think the pro-obama bias is stronger in blacks; i.e. they are being more racist here than whites.

Doesn't change the fact that Obama is a better candidate and took the wind out of Hillary's lungs with a flurry on Feb 5. She's been sucking air since 🙂

meh. I think he got about 41% of whites too.

the only thing that really worries me is how vitriolic and juvenile the thread is going to be when Hill finally resigns. might finally turn me off of P&N forever. haha.

Oh ye Turkeys of little patience. Silly rabbits, the urban areas with the most votes always trickle in last.

Wait until at least 10 oclock before it is a lock.
