'Manspreading' is a crime in NYC

Making yourself comfortable on a NY subway train could land you in hot water, especially if you occupy too much space. What appears to be the first ever arrest for so-called manspreading was revealed in a new report.

Two Latino men were allegedly arrested for manspreading, sitting with knees wide open, thus occupying two seats on May 22 at 12:11am, according to a report released by the Police Reform Organizing Project in New York. This is probably the first time manspreading has led to an arrest and court appearance.

This can't be for real. Some of you NYC residents should know. Is this for real?

According to reports, the NYPD has allegedly issued more than 1,400 summons for manspreading this year. While police officers are working hard to contain this ‘very serious’ matter, real crime in the city is on the rise. Reports in March said that the homicide rate in NYC spiked 20 percent in the first two months of 2015.

The thing is with these stupid false crises such as "manspreading" that are made up and pushed for by ardent feminists is that they tend to ensnare far more men of color (Black and Latino) than those they vehemently hate, i.e. "White CIS" males.

Manspreading is a bullshit issue made up and accepted by far too many people. I would say that many whom are against supposed manspreading are people who are afraid to call it dumb for fear of being labeled a douche. As explained, most men are not designed to sit with their legs together and be comfortable. Men's hits are not as wide, and with testicles between them, the natural sitting position is with legs slightly open.

Gender dimorphism is real, and as such cases things like this to happen. There is a group of people that call themselves feminist who push the idea that genders should do and be the same. They push ideas like men are only stronger because societal norms push men to build more muscle, and women to be weaker. The sad truth is that its becoming socially acceptable to think this way, as exampled by fining someone for manspreading.

If the argument is going to be that men take up too much room, then we should also fine people for being fat and taking up more room, or pregnant women for taking up more room, as both of those are choices where as being born a man is not.

You shouldn't be expected to crush your testes into oblivion to ride public transportation, but if you find that your spread causes people to confuse you with Jean Claude Van Damme, maybe you should dial it back a bit. If you need a separate seat for your balls, maybe the subway isn't for you.

Nobody is expecting men to sit like ladies. What they are trying to do is stop delusional and selfish people (male or female) from purposefully taking up multiple seats for no reason.
