I don't honestly think this is something Blizzard actually intended anyone to achieve (being a pretty serious WoW-player myself and knowing what some of those achievements entail).

His PVP ones are the most impressive for sure, like the AB one where you win by 10 points. Unless he had help coordinating that win, that would take forever to get.
