I'm sure he did lose the weight. Mcds posts the calorie information and you can guage your caloric intake.
The problem is the actual quality of Mcds food. We all know the quality of meat as well as other ingredients. Its just not "real" food. That has to be doing some kind of damage to your systems over the long term.
And eating nothing but mcds for months?? *puke*
Please. Quality of meat and vegetables at McDonald's is fine. As long as you don't eat fried food for every meal, you're ok.
I ate chicken wings, gyro, philly cheesesteak, and fries twice a day, everyday, for about 6 months because it was free and available. All the fried food and grease did cause havoc to my cholesterol level but everything was back to normal in about 6 months after I stopped eating it.
