I'm not going to defend the SWAT team, but they were there for seven hours before getting a bit trigger happy. It's not like they immediately busted in after they arrived. Either way, I'm sure they'll label it a cop assisted suicide.

I was expecting facts like "suspect attempted to stab police with a kitchen knife" but none were found. So basically nobody knows what he did. Considering they aren't coming right out with it, sounds alot like police assisted suicide to me.
