back straight, slight bend in the knees, down slow so the bar is just above you knees, fast up, drive your hips in on the way up

10x3 is interesting. How long does it take to get through that many sets? I love skipping rope but I like to save my knees for the tennis courts.

45 second breaks between sets, so it is a more lengthy process than normal, but it's pretty challenging, i think it will be an absolute killer once I get the weight right.

Koing,

Do you always give yourself 2-3 minutes or do you just go when ready? I find that my first 3 sets of squats aren't so bad (185 pounds, 5 reps today) and I took about 20 second breaks. However between the 3rd and 4th and the 4th to 5th I needed a full minute and a minute and twenty seconds respectively to get ready to lift again.

I usually take a couple minutes between sets also, but that's when im doing heavy lifting, this isn't for building muscle, this is to kill the fat :D.

zebano: if 185 is what you're pushing yourself at right now it might be a good idea to give yourself more break time.

yes always 2-3minutes inbetween squats. i always squat heavy and hardly ever for any thing more then 6reps due to my olympic lifting. i'm not here to get bigger, just to lift more so having a longer rest period is fine with my coach.

i try to aim for 2minutes now so i can get through my sessions faster. i don't have that much time at lunchtime to bash through my squats, an hr. i also super set wide grip pull ups, pull ups inbetween squats days [mon, wed and friday lunchtimes] to make better use of my time. my legs rest enough here and then i get back to squats.

when i was doing 6reps x 5sets i would take 3-4minutes as thats back breaking. 120kg x 6reps x 5sets for front squats and 140kg x 6reps x 5sets for back squats.

my squats of the past 4months have been more like 8, 6, 4, 4, 3, 3 reps set scheme. i warm up to the 8th rep set of squat and thats the minimum that counts.

Squat: 10x3 160lbs
Row: 10x3 70 lbs (unsure on form here)
Romanian Deadlift: 10x3 70 lbs (Absolutely positive I am doing these wrong [that's why the weight is so light])
Press: 10x3 90lbs
Walk/Sprint: 10 minutes 60/30

These workouts are destroying me.

Horrible diet today, cheated cause of stupid baskin robins 31 cent scoop day!
