Let me tell you something from a female perspective:
Feet (in general) are ugly. Male feet are usually very... ah... "rugged". With spring/summer, you see a lot of flip flops and sandals worn by men. It is just plain gross to see gunked up nails, rough heels and toes, etc.
If you are secure enough to get a pedicure, do it... I don't expect you to get nail polish (even clear) but a good pedicure will clean the nails, trim them, take the rough parts of the feet away and give a general look of "I care about my hygiene" to others.
Just my opinion.
I agree that your feet should be clean. If your feet are gunked up, get a stiff bristle brush and some soap and get that part of your body clean. A pedicure is not the answer to poor hygiene.
No, you are right, but I am simply saying that there is NOTHING wrong with a male getting a pedicure. It is relaxing and by no means says anything (usually) about sexual preference. They not only clean your feet, they will massage your legs and toes, moisturize and will wrap a hot, moist towel. It is a nice and cheaper way to clean ones feet.

i'm with Lola.
please think of the feet guys. keep the toenails trimmed and clean! also, use a pumice stone while in the shower (and your skin is softened up) to get rid of ugly dead rough patches of skin.
there is also not a thing wrong with guys wearing sandals (no socks). with the weather being warm who wants to have socked feet in a pair of stuffy sneakers. let those feet breeeeeeeeathe.
Lol, you recommended a pumice stone. You may as well tell them to use a luffa and expensive conditioner too.Originally posted by: moshquerade

I rarely wear sandals because they don't offer enough arch support for my exceptionally flat feet. I can't wear my orthotics with sandals so I wear sneakers when I'm not at work.

i'll bet you can get sandals with arch support. i have a pair of Tevas and they are arched.
True. Is it unsanitary to share a pumice stone with someone (assuming neither have diseases like athlete's foot)? Maybe I'll gank my g/f's every now and then. :QOriginally posted by: moshquerade

I think any man that will go into a salon and get their feet "worked on" should have never had "man card" in the first place! If your SO wants you to get your "toes done" tell her to do it for you! Pedicures are for women that like wasting money on things that they are perfectly capable of doing themselves.
Yeah, I was talking about the $$ pedicures. I had a gf once that would cut my toenails because she kept complaining that it was like fucking a bear.
After she cut my nails and shaved my back she kept quiet for a good week.
I'd be down if a SO wanted to clean that shit up for me.
LOL! My wife buys this spray on hair remover for my back tooBeen clearing it off for years, now I'm just used to it
She made me trim my chest hair before we went to a pool party last week. She said "the Tom Seleck look was out 15 years ago".
Dude...I'm pretty sleek these days heheh.
My roommate used to nair like his whole body except his head. It always smelled like burning babies in the house. Is that the kind of stuff you use? Man I couldn't stand that. I'm hairy and proud. Don't know if that's the cause of or an effect of being single. Probably the latter. I'd care more if I was coaxed.

Naw, I use this spray on stuff. It's low scent, and you only leave it on for like 5 minutes. Then the wife puts aftershave on my back after I rinse it off, and then it's like one of those Axe commercials![]()

How well does it work? I have a lot of body hair and want to get rid of it.
