You guys need to realise that it was a joke. Yes, maybe joking around was not what she was looking for, but dammit, even when there is something wrong with me, a joke is always what cheers me up, no matter how bad the situation looks. I wasn't trying to put her down, make her feel bad, ignore the real problem or anything like that.

Heh, I am going to be a Palmer chiropractor, which, to put it in a nutshell, is done by smacking(HARD) the bones and such to get them back into place(except when you are working the muscles and such, of course...). It doesn't hurt you, though.

Well, since it hasn't gotten any worse I won't be seeing my doc until Thursday for a check-up.

The lump hasn't changed any, so I'm not sure what to think of that. If it hasn't changed by Thursday I'm ruling out that it is an infection and I might see a different doctor just in case.
