Yup. One on hand it could be any number of things. On the other hand he refuses to hear the evidence because it's clear what it is.

Sanction the shit out of them until another member of the royal family takes over
Demand restitution for his surviving family
Stop arms sales, they can have a great time with Puti or China if they so desire. I have a feeling that relationship won’t be so benefitial as ours.
Have a consistent message from Government this will not be tolerated and Suadia Arabia did it. Not the current some Congress Critters say they did it others keep quiet and the President saying “Who knows what really happened”

That's fair, and I'd prefer a stronger response. But, I get why there isn't. One way or another, I think we need to drift further away from that portion of the world.

One man's life is not worth the strategic relationship we have with Saudi Arabia. Intelligent people understand this, TDS suffering fucktards are reacting as expected.

Figures this guy wouldn't care. He sounds like he wants to murder and dismember "leftists" in every impotent post he makes.

Trumptards, bunch of cowards with no principles.

Agreed. The sooner we can decouple from M.E. oil the better. Stop wasting money on rebuilding countries and use that to develop sustainable fossil fuel alternatives.

I agree miracles do happen

Now we need miracle #2. I need both of you guys to support candidates that agree, I need both you guys to support candidates that want to keep US made oil in the US.
Also to my knowledge with fracking the US is now an oil exporter *i could be wrong but if I am we will soon produce more than we use*

From what I understand we now do export oil, and I don't know that we should, but we should use our resources to move away from OPEC. But, the Saudis have a lot of money. To me this isn't a Trump or partisan issue, both Democrats and Republicans have happily cashed Saudi checks.

Well, the dead guy wasn't even American, so no harm no foul, right? I mean, Mohammed bin Salman may have slaughtered this guy, but let's just throw our hands up and admit we can't possibly know for sure. The CIA has concluded bin Salman was behind it and most likely ordered it! Trump doesn't believe anything can be known for sure. He's made it clear now for 2 years now that Facts? No such thing. There is always an "alternative" to facts. Nothing matters anyway to him.

If I worked for the CIA for the past 2 years, it would be difficult to fight the temptation to throw up my hands and walk away. "Fuck it...why do we even bother? The clown makes up his mind and ignores everything we do"

Trump released a statement just now in which he lies about the CIA conclusion over the Kashoggi murder and basically says it doesn't matter anyway because SA said he was an enemy of the state (similar to a phrase he uses all the time about the press).

I hope some nutter doesn't take this to mean if someone is ruled a "enemy of the state/people", that it's open season on journalists

"Representatives of Saudi Arabia say that Jamal Khashoggi was an “enemy of the state” and a member of the Muslim Brotherhood, but my decision is in no way based on that – this is an unacceptable and horrible crime. King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman vigorously deny any knowledge of the planning or execution of the murder of Mr. Khashoggi. Our intelligence agencies continue to assess all information, but it could very well be that the Crown Prince had knowledge of this tragic event – maybe he did and maybe he didn’t!"

You had no point and you are incapable of independent thought. Just an angry empty vessel and easy mark for propaganda that targets fear centers in your low IQ brain. That idiotic sig of yours is a perfect manifestation of it.

I always wondered what it would be like to be insulted by a 50 something year old mentally deteriorating guy rolling around on the floor shitting in his pants.

Turns out it just makes me really glad I'm not that guy and reminds me to keep my mind sharp.

Somebody should explain moral turpitude to Trump, if anything can get through that thick skull of his.

You should figure out a way to get some more reminders and then act on them. What you're doing now ain't workin'.

Here's another trophy

Trump is just jealous that he can't murder journalists, I mean "enemies of the People," too.

I'm not sure how involved we should be in this. This is really a problem between two countries, neither of which are America. We should be hands off here.

This is basically the equivalent of inviting your neighbor over to watch the game the night after he publicly beat his wife mercilessly with a baseball bat.

Sure you can say "hey it's just between them. We should be hands off" but who can morally say that? You have to draw a line somewhere. This is the line. Having journalists tortured and murdered and dismembered brazenly is the line. The US-Saudi special relationship has long outlived its usefulness.

We can't control what they do, but we still can control what we do. We don't have to do business with them.

Hey, it's just between them. Let them make their own guns so they can arm themselves.

This whole incident is a great way for Russia to break the United States from its only "true ally" in the Middle East. If you want to shift the balance of the world, stuff like this is it.

Who benefits if we lose the Middle East? Saudi Arabia's BS places us between the hard place and the rock, but we've no good choices for keeping our access to that region. We either go through the Saudis, or we go through Russia and its proxies. What do you think Dems, you want us to hand the Middle East to Russia?
