my personal favorites are those that want to sound smart by calling a computer by any random piece of hardware inside. for example. my "modem won't turn on", "the cd-roms on my hard drive aren't working," "the memory just has a blank screen." and even when you correct them they still insist on calling it what they were calling it. "miss its actually just called a computer, the modem is just a part inside that lets you use your dial up internet". "excuse me i know what i'm taking about, i keep pressing the eject button on my modem and its not doing anything"
