LOL, some desk worker betting that wouldn't get recorded, huh =P

I guess he can always claim he didn't hear the question correctly.

There's truth in the part about them rushing games out and not fixing their broken games.

C&C Generals, which otherwise is a great game, was riddled with stability issues, gameplay issues, and networking issues. At first they tried to fix it, but then they just went quiet on their message boards, finally abandoning the game.

That happens with most of their games.

Westwood studios 4 eva! C&C is the only franchise I'd buy from EA.

Except that Westwood Studios was dismantled, and now exists only in name - most of those developers don't even work for EA anymore.

damnit, this is like..... a I don't know. I bought BF2 for like 43 bucks from Best Buy. I played the game for a few days and gave it to my brother.

buggy as hell. I wish Unreal Tournament-next generation, will have the style EA put into BF2 and how Ubisoft did Ghost Recon 2006 (GRAW) on the PC.

I loaded up UT2004, the graphics are amazing for a title that came out 2004. I love the CTF map that has an Egyptian look on a floating continent, the lighting is AWESOME~

Definitely. EA is the laziest company out there yet they are the #1 third party.

One word:
Madden

Another word:
Marketing

An example of this is that my brother in law bought my nephew a DS, and picked up NFS: Most Wanted because he likes racing games. I checked IGN for a review, after seeing it rated at a 4, I don't even want to SEE the game being played. A score of 4 isn't bad when the scale is out of 4 or 5... but it's out of 10. Anything that gets a score below 7 shouldn't be on a shelf. Why did he buy it? Name recognition, and the car. If he had told me earlier I would've run back to the store he got it from and got Mario Kart DS. (which we both agreed is totally sweet)

I got my brother an Xbox 360 and Madden for Christmas, and I was surprised by how bad Madden is. You can't create your own play like you could for the last 10 f'in years, and 2 players can't even play on the same team! Same-team multiplayer was available for the last 15 years at least, but not now.

Thats cause it was 360 and it was rushed out to be out when 360 came out. This upcoming years should be much better.
