Need a key to lock it. Well... There is a padlock too but we don't use that and it just dangles there in the "locked" position (So they can't unlock it to secure the door). They COULD provide their own lock though, like a screw-driver through the latch thingie.

Just thought I'd mention that she has done it again in the last year but I had my phone and stuff to call her and I have plenty of microUSB chargers for it. ;) I could have sworn that I had updated the old thread but I guess not.
