This morning I had a half a grapefruit sprinkled with a bit of brown sugar because I was out of the nicer sugars I've got. With it I had some fresh bread from a local bakery and port salut cheese, cracked olives, small pot of warmed up olive oil and fresh berries. For lunch I had wild rice and poached cod with grilled veggies, and a beetroot salad with chevre and a homemade reduced balsamic glaze, and then later a cardamom bun I made a few days ago or some cinnamon cake I made this morning, maybe some fresh made hand tossed pizza this evening or a large salad with a light vinaigrette.i figure that once you begin having dreams of having a large thick canvas trash can placed in front of your home for easy disposable of your wine bottles it's probably time to cut back on the drinking to a minimum and let the body and mind heal and prosper.
