According to physics, when I stand, my legs move the earth an equal amount as I go up. :D

My strong point is squatting. I've only been lifting since January and my max for squat is 405 pounds. My bench is only 215. I'm 17 years old, 6'2" and 260 pounds.

Snatch. Yes, the snatch. I love the snatch. Lifting snatch, sometimes, right from under the noses of other guys, has always been a favorite of mine.

Yes, the snatch. Usually, it's just one snatch at a time, but sometimes I can do two. Albiet on different days...need to rest and regroup and all that jazz.

Back in my younger days, I was the Snatch Champ. While other guys were only snatching one, maybe two per week, I had all-time best of FIVE snatches over a 7-day period. Not bad at all.

I think I can lift about 105 pounds because I know I can pick up my girlfriend because I do it all the time and she is 102 pounds.

Are we talkin bench?

Most I've ever put up was 500lbs even...

But that was a while ago... right now I could probably only put up around 425-450

No

Then you're talking deadlift... which I really haven't done a whole lot of... most I've lifted, was probably the rear end of this.

I have a feeling a good number of you listing squat weights don't even begin to go to parallel. The weights you list along with your bodyweight and training time just don't make sense.

People's percepton of a squat are wildly different.
