I started a lifting journal this past week after lifting for 4 years. Its weird that making notes for myself is helping me from quitting on that last rep. Its almost like I am telling on myself for not doing that last 1-2. I am also making notes on all kinds of different things like how I feel before, after, and also taking my total time as to make sure I am not wasting time. Anybody else do this?
