I am considering getting circumsision done. It's too painful to even urinate. I am definitely worried about infection, I can't pull it back to clean in there.

Sounds like you just need to get a doctor to recut it and let it reheal. Just got to be careful about your nerves and about scar tissue, which as mentioned could reduce sensitivity and/or functionality. Next time get someone more experienced lol.
