How about it?
I've been examining my recently failed marriage, and I suspect one of the problems we had the large difference in education & (corrospanding?) intellectual curiosity. I have an M.S. in engineering, and am constanly learning, either informally or formally. She was a H.S. grad when we met, and picked up a "vocational" associates degree (nursing) while we were married (and hated every minute of going back to school).
I suspect that disparity had alot to do with our problems ... she just wasn't interested in the kinds of things I got excited about. Of course you might have the same problem between engineer/non-engineer.
Inspired by the female engineers thread... And yes, I've know some very hot female engineers. One of the hottest was a girl with an M.S. in Aerospace Eng. from MIT ... and in the Air Force also.
