Were those alleged 400,000 who were displaced displaced as a result of their own aggression and attacks on the Jews? Were they attacking kibbutzs out of religious hatred, machismo, and a sense that the Israelis' productivity with otherwise worthless land was putting them to shame? Can we add some context here?
Didn't Jews once harbored terrrrrrarists, thus displaced them self during the WWs. It is shameful that Israel now are acting like Germany in the past.
It is true that the soil in Israel are now more productive than when it was in Arab hand, but money (from outside sources), education (due to accumulative wealth), and technological advance in the last 60 years must have something to do with the agriculture prowess of the land today. Not only that at the present Israel pretty much control all of the water in the region.
My best friend lived in the region for 8 years (his dad a French Canadian engineer that was posted there), tend to say that the Arabs are dirty and uneducated compare the Israel who work hard on the land. His dad indicated that the Israelis are the masters and Arabs are their slaves. He also mentioned that many Israelis home have swimming pool while, most Palestinians barely have enough water to live on (Palestinian can't even drill well to irrigate their farms unless their Israeli master approve of it).
?It is not fair, unless it is more fair to me than others? -- From my best friend dad.
Here is a "context" example:
IMHO, most Vietnamese in Vietnam are dirty, poor, uneducated, and aren't as hardworking as Westerner, however most Vietnamese immigrant are considered to be productive and tend to be educated given the same opportunities as North American.
I'm sure that Arabs are capable of achieving the same work ethic as Jews if Israelis & Palestinians work together.
