For the record both probably deserve to have their clearances revoked.

Funny that you see equivalency between a seasoned politician who should have known better and the entitled son-in law of a President elected largely to break and destroy the very institutions that allow our society to function.

Also funny how none are turning a critical eye towards the Obama administration, crippled from countering what is increasingly looking like an act of war in favor of projecting impartiality so as to not undermine the inevitability of "her turn". Look how that worked out.

Trump is a pawn and a useful idiot.

Particularly fair and balanced liberals also agree that Trump is all obama's fault and 0% responsibility of any of the people who actually supported him.

yeah... that's it. That's exactly what happened.

//you should have just stayed under your rock.
Perhaps political parties should not nominate candidates actively under FBI investigation, which we now know apparently applied to both candidates.

you seem to be forgetting that Hillary was not found guilty of anything and that Russiagate is just beginning to be exposed.

there is a big difference there.

we also know that it was false info from the Russian's that caused Comey to go public and continue the investigation.

There is plenty of blame to go around. Some blame directed at President Clinton for embarrassing Yeltsin and expanding NATO into the Russian sphere, which led to the nationalist and Soviet nostalgic rise of Putin. Some blame directed at President Bush and the neoconservative movement for ushering in an era of radical partisanship. Some blame directed at President Obama for mishandling Syria and Russia. Blame all around for the abandonment of the middle class, which caused voters to find hope in a candidate like Trump.

Comey has thrown some shade at the Obama Adminstration, particularly the spontaneous tarmac meeting and the request to classify the investigation as a matter.

An investigation is not evidence of guilt. Being under FBI investigation as a candidate for President is a pretty huge liability, wouldn't you say?

Oh, and thank you for crafting a response more thoughtful than childish insults.

@Jhhnn, @woolfe9998 and such agree with the Fox news narrative. Degenerates had no choice but to shill for the birther king.

Thank you as always for pointing out the irrelevant. We are all grateful for your service.

No, pretty sure that all conservatives and enough liberals backing the fox narrative is why our society is in this predicament. No matter how much degenerates f over the country, it's somehow always someone else's fault. Party of personal responsibility, amirite?

You fancy yourself as an enlightened fellow. Surely you are a student of the great Greek myths or Shakespeare, and can therefore appreciate that tragedy is rarely attributed to a singular event, and often self inflicted. Keep climbing Icarus, you will reach the sun.

The bounds of any situation are arbitrarily defined and thus no such generalization is possible. In this case it's simply straightforward history that the GOP is more or less the party of greedy monied interests plus racists to shore up their inadequate numbers. In this case, the former are happy so long as some tax rebate is coming and the latter only care about muslim bans and whatnot. Treason is obviously a tertiary concern to the lot.

Who was President when Russia undermined our election?

That's completely immaterial. There's nothing he could have done to stop it. It only became apparent when when the Russian hacked DNC emails were published July 22 That was not long after Crowdstrike published their findings June 15. When that died down, they published the Podesta emails in October & November.

The whole election boiled down to Trumpster rage & "Her Emails!" "Can't trust Hillary" "Poor Bernie! So cheated!"

The Russians & the right wing troll machine played it like long time bridge partners.

FDR was unable to stop Pearl Harbor but he managed to lead the nation in the appropriate response. Lincoln could not stop the attack on Sumter, but responded appropriately.

The Republicans brought no new tricks to the table for this election. They were incapable of sinking Obama's candidacy because he had no exploitable flaws.

The Democrats sent Achilles into battle against Trump, so it should be no shock that they attacked her heel.

Exquisite false equivalency & victim blaming.

The biggest victims will prove to be the electorate, I suspect, just as Trump, the Repubs & the Russians intended.

It only worked because of decades of brain softening right wing agitprop that came before.

Oh, you're going to have such a bad time as more and more of this information comes out.
Why? Things are not looking good for Trump and his inner circle and they deserve to go down if the independent investigation proves collusion or treason. More memes please.

I would agree with you were it not for the fact that Obama was able to successfully build a coalition of those very same voters because he articulated something Hillary failed to, a vision for the country and a narrative for his candidacy.

Poor Hillary. Always clutching defeat from the jaws of victory.

....and as it goes on, you'll be continuing to sidestep and mitigate... and the best part? I keep getting to enjoy your degradation. Maybe you'll find a way to tie all of this back to Original sin...

your thread derailing whataboutisms have succeeded. why can't you stick to the topic of the thread, which has absolutely nothing to do with Hillary?
