I checked the video, and she's not called a literal commie. It was more of a joke than anything to be taken seriously. More of an analogy, being against the majority, those against communism back in the day, similar in behavior of those against anti-vaccination - as in, you will be attacked for your beliefs. I don't know. I watched the clip and she was not labeled a communist.
