Granted that in his mind, Kobe might think that he has the "power" for such act, and if he did in fact raped her, then fry him. But this is America, land of oportunity, don't you watch TV and movies? Shiet man, just about every day you hear some rich and famous person is getting sued for raping/groping/sexually harassing, you name it, some one else. And the funny thing is, most of them were settle out of court for some fcuk up amount of money. Correct me if I'm wrong in my analysis, but don't you think that this is somehow motivated by a second agenda? This is the exact reason why you have people suing stores for tripping in the establishment, over their own kids.
. I'm glad that this country has a justice system, one that's probably the best compare to any where else, but that doesn't mean that it doesn't have its flaws.
