The guy who was about to smush him got pulled off by the O lineman. His jersey was pulled so far back that you could see the chest protector on his shoulder pads!

Bingo! There are always some kind of hold in the line, always. They're just not called, often. It only depends on who the refs have money on that game that they'll call it.
