My picks!

AFC - WC Rnd
#5 KC @ #4 IND
#6 SD @ #3 CIN

NFC - WC Rnd
#5 SF @ #4 GB
#6 NO @ #3 PHI

SF lucked out with that seeding, GB is a cupcake compared to either NO or PHI. The Saints are so bipolar that they could lose or win by 3 or more TDs and it wouldn't surprise me in the slightest. Ditto that for CIN, who I could easily see romping to the Lombardi Trophy or getting knocked flat on their ass in the first round. NO-CIN would be a hugely entertaining Super Bowl if both teams were in "playing well" mode.

Chargers vs. Saints superbowl, I'm calling it!

NO gonna have to get through either Seattle or Carolina on the road for that to happen. It seems a bit unlikely. As much as I dislike Scam Newton, I wouldn't mind him getting a Superbowl over the other NFC teams.

I think Denver makes it to the Superbowl, and unless a good defense makes it from the NFC side, Manning takes it.

That game, meh, but I doubt either team will survive to get to the SB. It's supposed to be cold in Philly.....NO/Brees doesn't do too well in the elements.

And I'd almost be willing to bet the Chargers are going to get clobbered by Cinci....much more physical team and SD's going to going east to play. And the weather's a factor in that game, too. Heck, yesterday SD just barely beat a KC team that was mostly fielding subs. And won it on a missed field goal that SD should've been penalized on and given KC another kick.

The thing is I dont trust Manning 9-11 postseason record and it almost feels like Denver showed all their hands in the regular season. Just have a feeling they'll get upset..Chiefs?

Apprently Manning may not have broke the Drew Brees passing record as he was credited a 7 yard pass which was thrown behind him and should have been counted as a rush. Interesting but I doubt the NFL has the balls to correct the stat

But, what are their hands they showed? Let Manning outscore you? Sure, it is possible they can get upset, but with HFA, someone is going to have to come in to Denver and take it from them. In the Superbowl though, I think if Seattle, SF, or Carolina make it, Denver doesn't stand a chance.

I want the Broncos to redeem themselves all the way to the SB. I hope Indy wins so Denver can redeem that loss. Then I imagine we'll see the Pats again.

Manning better pray Chargers don't make it through. Manning for whatever reason cannot get pass Rivers in the post season.

I'm worried about the amount of passing yards we've been coughing up the last two games. AZ atleast involved a lot of great catches and throws, but man we have to do better, if we let Palmer throw for 400 yards we are going to need to light it up on O with Rodgers at the helm.

I think it will be another high scoring game as GB has no where near as good as a D as AZ has. We should be able to run and pass pretty well.

At least we can agree on something

I'm not overly confident though, I thought last years team was better - and it was defensively even if this one is a lot better offensively

KC squeeks out a win over IND.
Cincinnati crushes SD.
SF in a shootout with GB.
NO squeeks out a win over Philly (hope I'm wrong)

Hey Rudeguy, smell that? That's the scent of gym shorts being laundered. Maybe next year it won't smell as much. 😛

I'm not sold on SF vs. GB - I think Rodgers wants some payback for last year.

Rodgers is a really hard Qb to beat. But none of these games are going to be lay downs:

KC vs Colts: coin flip

Chargers vs Bengals: Bengals are on a tear. Dalton to Green very well could be the next big thing. But then you have Rivers who I don't think will let the game come down to a field goal after last week. Both teams are going to be fired up since no on thought they had a chance at the start of the season

9ers Packers: This is going to be a monster game. Kap vs Rodgers. Lacy vs Gore. Harbaugh vs McCarthy. Its at Green Bay and we have some nice arctic air hanging out waiting for Jim and company. This should be the high scoring down to the last drive game.

Saints vs Eagles: Brees has proven himself year after year. Foles is the new kid on the block out to make a name for himself. Chip is a madman but Sean is going to have the Saints ready. This should be the smash mouth game.

The only game I would even venture a guess on is the Packers winning. Rodgers is a beast with plenty of rest and its going to be freezing cold. Maybe snow? I don't see Kap and crew doing well with 2 feet of arctic goodness on the ground.
