This thread is still going?

I was one of the most upset people after the game. I was ready to find Sherman and kick his ass. I was ready to pay Jim's way to New York so he could kick Roger's ass. But lets move on. Hopefully they replace the refs with blind fainting goats and require all players to surrender their vocal cords while in uniform.

QBs can just tweet the plays!

No lets not move on, lets just talk all week and continue into next week about Richard Sherman and only Richard Sherman.

Champ Bailey will come out and show why he was also thought of as one of the greats for a lot longer period of time.

The chips on our Defense's shoulders will be so large they will be palpable.

I love how you think that is a good thing.

I love how nobody is talking about the Broncos really at all. It's been like that all post season. Game one was all about Phillip Rivers and how Manning can't beat Rivers and how Rivers' record in Denver is so great and how they just beat us on a Thursday night. Next game was all about Brady and how Manning is 1-2 against Brady in the post season and how Manning can't beat Brady and blah blah blah. Nobody even mentioned how Brady is like 1-6 in Denver because it was all about how the Patriots were going to come in here and win.

Now its all about the Seattle Defense and Richard Sherman.

Broncos continue to fly under the radar, exactly where they want to be.

you must not listen to sports radio, watch espn, or watch any other sports shows other than the 3 hours a week that the broncos play football.

yes....the Broncos are totally under the radar.

....If you aren't paying attention, I guess?

The last several pages of this thread are exactly like the national media and the 4 letter. All they've been talking about is Richard Sherman with 2 minutes reserved for Bill Bellicheat calling Wes Welker's play on Talib the worst he's ever seen.

You can't even play Madden without the ticker on the bottom going on about something Denver related!

I got an email from "Jed York" thanking me for my support this sesson. I suggested he hire Joe Montana to work with Colin. You read it here first.

Really, dude? Champ has been burned by sub-par wideouts more over the last two seasons than Tommy2KGT has been burned by his girlfriend.

I got the same one! :p

He's actually very nice in person. Came into my workplace last year to speak. Always doing giveways/etc. on Twitter too.

Damn, son! Sick burn!

If Champ Bailey is so good, why does Denver have the 27th rated pass defense? Hmm. I'll take Sherman over Bailey any day of the week. .

I see Montana on commercials and on Twitter....never hear anything about Steve. Any idea what he's up to?

He is an analyst on one of the football networks.

I actually do think Steve Young would be a better mentor for Kaep, as he was more mobile QB than Montana.

You guys are hilarious. Obviously with only two teams left the Broncos are still talked about A LOT! As much as any team in the Super Bowl would be. The difference is that much of it is about Richard Sherman now instead of the game. Its about Thurman spouting off about pick plays more then its about the game. The Broncos meanwhile ARE flying under the radar at least a tiny bit, as much as any team can when they are in the super bowl.

He's played well that last two weeks, thats all that matters. We'll see what happens.

Maybe because Bailey played in all of zero complete games all year? And has been healthy the last two games. How has our defense played the last two weeks? Oh but wait, how did we do that without Von Miller. I thought without him we didn't stand a chance of even getting past Phillip Bolo Tie Rivers.

Who are these "Broncos" you keep referring to? Is Boise State flying their team out to watch Richard Sherman parade around the superbowl trophy next week?

Don't get me wrong, I think Champ is the shit; but he's well beyond his prime, as evidenced by his loss of more than a few steps over the last couple of seasons.

I expect the SB will be his last game, especially if they win.

you've got to admit, though: that bolo tie is pretty boss!

At the combine in 1999 he ran a 4.2. I seriously doubt the could do that now.

Man, they were talking about Sherman on ESPN's First Take while I was at the gym. Dear God has this spun out of control. Seriously. Sounds like they're about to push for the word thug to be banned.

The problem is they want football to be a big ticket item. lots of build up. Having two weeks lets it sort of die down a lot more than the previous playoff games were right after the game you are tlaking about next week and how little things will effect the team. Now its like o we have two weeks with more or less nothing in between so how do we keep NLF in the headlines. Right now that answer is Sherman. Its just like every major news story. you hear about it for weeks after it happened to the point you get tired of it.

And yes the pro bowl is this weekend but i dont know a single person who really cares about it.

Hmmm after watching that - I frankly didn't think Sherman was mocking Crabtree when he said 'hell of a game' and held out his hand. Doesn't give Sherman free reign to do whatever he wants, but helps explain why he was additionally so steamed up.

well, that pretty much vindicates Sherman in my book, regarding Crabtree anyway. At the same time, I can get why Crabtree would react that way, at that moment. I won't excuse it, but I understand.
